Gaffey’s Home Nursing program is provided by certified professionals (RN’s or LPN’s) who can help you with everything from around-the-clock expert care to helping as needed depending on your needs. Our skilled home nurses provide direct care as well as manage, observe and evaluate your care plan. They can also teach you and your family about your care in order to give you the highest degree of independence throughout your journey. Our Home Nursing services center around injury recovery and rehabilitation while living with chronic diseases that have repeated acute flair ups.

Medicare Qualifications

Our Home Nursing gives physical and emotional support to our patients and their loved ones. These services can be paid for Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and Private Payment.

To qualify for Medicare to cover your hospice costs:

• You must be under the care of a physician
• You must be homebound: which is defined as needing the help of another person or piece of equipment (such as a walker or wheelchair) to leave your home
• You must have a recurring medical need for skilled service
• Your care must be intermittent
